This board features the counting section showing the +1 progression of numbers. The balls that come with it matches the Montessori beads colors so it can be a reinforcement of you follow Montessori method, if not, they are very useful as a form of control - pink balls to in 3 counter and there are only 3 pink balls.
This beautiful board is made of hardwood maple and comes with a wooden "pencil" to trace and practice writing the numbers.
